CD55H PTZ Security Camera - High Resolution - Indoor - 18X Zoom Lens
This indoor high performance Pan-Tilt-Zoom, Day/Night security camera comes with both surface and flush ceiling mounts for ease of installation. Offering comparable performance to domes costing thousands more, the CD55H offers the latest in performance. The CD55H pan tilt zoom camera is equipped with an auto-focus high resolution 480 line resolution color/black & white camera that can operate in extremely low light conditions. The camera operates in full color during the day and switches to the black & white night mode when the light falls below acceptable thresholds. The lens is equipped with an auto iris, auto focus and can zoom 18x optically and 12x digitally for a total zoom factor of 216x. The auto-flip feature makes following someone who walks directly under the camera a breeze.
With 360 degree rotation, this camera allows a user to control the pan, tilt and zoom to angle to get a close up view of any situation. Six Programmable patterns and 128 alarm pre-sets allows this camera to automatically perform tours of multiple areas. This can make these cameras highly valuable as they can effectively cover a very large area. The camera can be running an auto–tour and if an event occurs, the camera will zoom to a preset location within 1/2 second. Utilizing RS-485 communication, a two wire connection can control multiple cameras at up to 3500’ away.

Compatible with Pelco, Kalatel, Ultrak, Panasonic, Vicon and Samsung protocols. An NC-3213 PTZ controller interface card is required to connect this pan tilt zoom camera to an EZWatch Pro digital recording system.

Compared to other PTZ cameras this one is priced perfectly. It has the same features as my old cameras that cost three times the amount of this one. They're easy to program and they really have some of the best picture quality I've ever seen. All the presets work great and the low light picture is even very impressive. There are still several features and functions I haven't tried yet but I'm sure they work just as good as the rest.

The cameras are used for my backyard and the front of the house along with the driveway. We have quite a few visitors because we work out of our home so there is always lots of traffic.

Everything works just as good as it says. The installation was very straight forward and there were no surprises. I don't think we could have found a better camera for twice the price.

These PTZ cameras work incredibly well. Easy to install and program. We purchased a DVR8/8-PR system and upgraded to PTZ cameras for the motion tracking and alarm triggers. These were definitely the right choice. With the 360 degree field of view we are able to monitor every angle and section of our building and grounds. We primarily have them set to auto tour but on some occasions we use the programmable patterns feature. Amazing quality and the recorded video is always perfect.

We bought the cameras to monitor the premises and keep an eye on what goes on while we aren't at the office with the employees. The PTZ cameras watch over the parking lot and the front entrance.
