EZ-VARI-DOME Color Dome Camera - High Resolution - Indoor - 3.5mm to 8mm Zoom Lens
This is a great little indoor dome camera with a 1/3” high resolution 550 line Sony CCD imager and a 3.5 to 8-mm vari-focal length lens. It can be mounted on ceilings or walls and it provides outstanding color video images down to an incredible .1-lux. A black ABS plastic housing easily opens for service by simply twisting the locking base.
Only about 5” in diameter, the small unobtrusive dome camera can be swiveled 360 degrees to achieve the best viewing angle from either a wall or a ceiling location. With the manual focal length lens, you can adjust the viewing angle from a wide angle 90 degree shot to a more narrow 65 degree image with a slight twist of the lens aperture.

When we designing our security system, the best choice for the dome cameras were the EZ-VARI-DOME for the features. It's very small and easy to install, we actually put them on the walls instead of the ceiling because it gave a better angle of the offices. The vari-focal adjustable lens is great, it makes the zoom function easy to use.

I own a four story office building with a lot of tenants. Constant surveillance gives us all a better piece of mind. Attempted robberies and break ins have happened a few times and we've never been able top apprehend anyone.
Performance Review
The cameras and the systems have made a huge difference. We have a few night vision cams for the outside entrance and the parking lot. Dome cameras supply the majority of the system. So far we haven't had a problem with anything relating to the actual security system.

This camera is so easy to adjust, I've got mine a 90 degree wide angle shooting down the hallways. The adjustable zoom lens lets me see things from a closer distance than some of the other dome style cameras.

I put the cameras in each hallway of the apartment buildings I own. We needed tighter security at the entrance and especially the exits. I even purchased two of their SW0030LC Emergency Lights, because they have hidden cameras in them I can place them right above the exit doors.
Performance Review
Everything has worked so well. All my tenants feel safe and secure. The install was extremely easy and we up and running within one day.
