EZ52PTZ High-Resolution Outdoor Pan/Tilt/Zoom camera w/ Low Light Vision
This High-Resolution outdoor camera is ideal for high performance applications in rugged conditions. It provides a high quality optical and digital zoom capabilities giving it great range, and its durable weather-resistant outdoor housing is capable of withstanding temperatures from 14 degrees Fahrenheit to 122 degrees Fahrenheit. With the choice of wall or optional ceiling mount bracket it can be mounted to match any necessary camera solution.
The unit supports 128 stored preset positions and one auto-cruise track to follow through a programmed route. When connected to an EZ Watch Pro 4.0 system or Armor-Pro DVR it can be controlled remotely over the internet from anywhere you go. It connects using a simple two-wire RS485 connection, allowing for a quick and simple setup to ensure no problems occur during installation. The Cameras Features Include:
- Software Operation: Up to sixteen PTZ cameras can be supported on each system. The EZWatch Pro software allows you to manually control any selected camera as well as program customized tours for each camera. Pan, tilt and zoom with a click of your mouse button.
- E-Z on Screen Programming: Each camera is easily programmed to perform custom tours. Each camera can have up to 16 preset views which can be executed in any sequence on an automatic tour schedule.
- Joystick Control: In addition to using the software controls you can also control and program multiple cameras using the AU40E joystick controller. This control allows you to set custom parameters for each camera and can also be used to control and operate up to sixteen cameras. Both the Joystick control and the EZWatch Pro software can be use simultaneously to control cameras.
- Auto Tours: Each camera can be programmed to run custom tours panning, tilting and zooming up to sixteen preset locations automatically.
- Alarm Tracking: The camera can be automatically panned, tilted and zoomed to a pre determined view upon the activation of an alarm input.
- Compatibility: The E-Z Dome can be set to communicate in several different formats, including Pelco D and Pelco P protocols. This makes the camera compatible with almost every video surveillance system on the market.
- Weatherproof: The camera is environmentally sealed and equipped with an automatically controlled heater and blower. This assures the environment inside the dome stays at a reasonable operating temperature no matter what the conditions outside.
Designing your PTZ system:
At first glance a Pan, Tilt, Zoom system may look a little challenging. But at a closer look you'll find this is not the case. Recommended Controls:
For mazimum compatibility and ease of use both locally and remotely, we recommend using the PTZ Communication Kit to control the camera. If you do not plan to use the system with an EZ Watch Pro 4.0 DVR, we recommend using the AU40E or AU40Z joystick for local control.
Recommended Communication Wire:
The cameras are controlled with a two wire communication line pulled from one camera to the other. Up to 16 cameras can be linked together with this "com. line". The total maximum distance of the com. line is 3000 feet. Any combination of the different PTZ cameras we offer can be controlled on this one "com. line" or wire run.

We were a little skeptical at first, after researching camera technology the PTZ camera was the best for our needs. Perfect motion tracking, I think my favorite is the joystick control. There is no night vision, but the low light function is almost as good.
