Return Policy

The log-in below will allow you to return an item for replacement, credit or repair. To get started simply enter the order/invoice number and the zip code of the billing address used when you placed the order. The policies listed below apply.

We guarantee all of our products for complete satisfaction.
Any item, with the exception of a few spy camera kits, may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for a 100% refund. The product detail page indicates the items which are exempt from this return policy. A RMA number (Return Material Authorization) must be received prior to returning any equipment by calling our customer support number prior to returning an item. All products must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging to receive refund. The customer will receive the refund within 30 days of returning the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the shipper. All returned items must be shipped FULLY INSURED. This respects our right to have the items returned to us promptly, and insures the product against any damage which may result outside of your control. The returned items MUST be in 100% original condition and in original packaging.

Return Procedure:

ALL returns must have an authorization number written on the outside of the packaging. Packages that arrive without an authorization number written on the package must be sent back to the shipper because we have no way of tracking it's repair or return.

Return For Repair or Replacement (RMA):

If you receive a product which is not performing properly, please contact our technical support department at 866-241-3400. A technician will assist you in determining if the product is working as intended, if not they will assist you with any troubleshooting steps necessary.

If it is determined by the technician that there may be a fault with the product, they will transfer you to the RMA department. The RMA department may have you perform additional troubleshooting to determine the exact cause of the issue. If the problem is not corrected they will issue you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. We offer two replacement options:

Replacement During the First 30 Days

We will email you a UPS 2 day air shipping label. Package the defective item properly in its original packaging, include all manuals brackets and parts associated with it. Place the shipping label on the package and deliver to a UPS drop of location. Once we receive the item we will ship a new item to you by UPS 2 day air. We will only replace the items or parts we receive back.

Advanced Replacement:

If you cannot wait for the item to be replaced we offer the ability to purchase a new item and have it shipped directly to you. Once we have received the old item back we will issue a full refund including shipping for the item. Please note, to receive a full refund the item must be received in the packaging it was shipped in and must include all supporting manuals, document and parts. Partial returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the item is returned complete.

We cannot warranty any item that has been modified in any way, we cannot warranty any item damaged due to improper packaging, or any item that was damaged by "acts of god" (such as lightning, hurricane damage, etc).

Return For Credit or Refund (CA):

If you find the product cannot meet your needs, you can send it back within our 30-day return period*. We can only accept items back for credit within 30 days from the date you received the order. All returns MUST be in their original packaging, cannot show any signs of use or wear, and must be properly padded inside of their shipping container, or we cannot issue a refund. Please do not write on or place stickers/tape on the original packaging, only on the shipping container. Please package the item securely. Ensure there is enough packaging material that the item will not suffer damage in transit. Damage in transit is not our responsibility it's the shipper's responsibility to ensure the item is packaged properly.

* Some items are exempt from our standard 30-day return policy. We cannot accept these items for credit. Check the product website to see if your product is exempt or not.

Once the item has been properly packaged, please contact our credit department at 888-370-4287. Please have your original invoice handy, as the representative may need information present on the invoice. The representative will issue a Credit Authorization (CA) number.

Once you have a CA# or RMA #, mark it clearly on the outside of the box. If the number is obscured by labels or otherwise difficult to see, it will delay the repair/return process.

The shipping expense to us is the responsibility of the shipper.
