The Vivotek IP7142 is a durable outdoor IP bullet camera with built-in infrared night vision, allowing it to see up to 45 feet away in total darkness. Built into a sturdy, weather-resistant housing the camera can be uesd in nearly any environment, indoor or out. The varifocal lens allows the camera to be adjusted during installation for a wider, larger view over shorter distances or a narrower, tighter image for better quality for farther shots.

This camera uses a high-quality 1/3" Wide Dynamic Range sensor, granting it DVD quality resolution (720x480) and giving it the ability to see more effectively in situations with varied lighting conditions. By taking both darker and brighter images and combining them into a single shot, the camera generates a far more realistic image than most others are capable of. Combined with the ability to see in complete darkness with the built-in Infrared night vision, this camera can be used anytime, anywhere.
