Vivotek IP7161 2-Megapixel Day/Night Network Camera
The Vivotek IP7161 is a powerful, ultra-high-resolution IP Network camera designed to give you the very best image available. With a 1/3" CMOS sensor generating a full 2-megapixel image, the camera can produce an amazingly clear image with resolutions from 800x600 all the way up to 1600x1200 pixels. With a varifocal lens you can adjust the image between a wide-angle view - covering a huge area without losing detail - and a tighter, narrower shot for the absolute best quality possible in a specific area.
With full support for the EZ Watch Pro IP Network software, the Vivotek IP7161 camera can be set up quickly and easily for recording, remote viewing, and alarms/alerts. EZ Watch Pro's powerful recording systems allow for a crystal-clear image on playback anywhere, anytime. For short-term storage, the camera has a built-in SD memory card slot, compatible with standard SD and the newer SDHC memory cards.

Surveillance Solutions
I recently installed a Security Kits NVR-4 system and my clients chose two of these IP7161 cameras because of the Varifocal lens and the Day/Night capabilities. The video is always amazing and this was by far the easiest system I've ever completed. The quick connections and fast setup had the cameras and the NVR recording within a couple of hours. The cameras are very durable and provide clear picture constantly.

Performance Review
I was a little skeptical at first, but after everything was installed and programmed it was one of the simplest systems I've ever installed. The cameras are exceptionally good, some of the best video I've seen come from IP cmaeras.

It is an expensive camera but worth every dollar. I've been through several IP cameras in the last couple of years and this one is the best by far. The varifocal lens is perfect for my long hallways. I can literally see perfect picture all the way to the end. The added SD slot works great and it produces awesome video.
